A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SA1~TA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35124
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35124 In the City of
Santa Monica presented by Douglas, Emmett and Associates, 1974,
being a subdivision for condom~n~UM purposes of Lot C, Block 48,
amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica, as shown on Map recorded
in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51 ~nclusive of Miscellaneous Records,
Recdrds of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map th~s order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be In full force and effect.
