THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
.'lliD APPROVING StJ13DIVISION HAP OF
TR.2\.CT NO" 35145
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
l\S FOLLOWS:
SECTION1. That the Map of Tract No. 35145 in the C~ty of
Santa Monica presented by Mu-Tsun Wu and Tsai-HueL t~ll being a
subdivision for condominium purposes of Lot B, Block 73, amended
map of the Town of Santa Monica, as shown on map recorded in Book 39,
Pages 45 to 41 lncluslve, Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los
~ngeles County, be and the same hereby 15 accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
irected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
ted by the Seal of the C~ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall cert~fy to the adopt1on
h15 resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
~ full force and effect.
