A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35759
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIon 1. That the ~ap of Tract No. 35759 1n the City of
Santa Mon1ca presented by Br1an Holloway, Holloway Development
Corporation, be1ng a subdiv1s1on for condom1n1um purposes of Lot 1,
Block 16, Tract No. 1351 as shown on map recorded 1n Book 18,
Page 116 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map th1S order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adopt1on
of th1S resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the saMe shall
be in full force and effect.
