A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36246
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36246 ~n the City of
Santa Monica presented by Stanley and Cec11ia Shu, be~ng a subdiv1-
510n for condomlnium purposes of Lot B, Block 141, amended map of
the Town of Santa Mon1ca as shown on map recorded in Book 39, Pages
45 to 51, 1nclusive, of Mlscellaneous Records, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby 2S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is author1zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authent1-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
