A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
PARCEL HAP NO. 11741
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel No. 11741 in the C~ty of
Santa Mon~ca presented by Stephen S. Van Seeborg, Warden H. Emory,
Danilo and Margaret Bach and Richard C. Phillips, be~ng a subd~vision
for condom~n~UM purposes of Lots 6, 7, 8 and 9 and a portion of Lot 5,
Block 2, tvadsworth and Hollister Tract, as shown on Map recorded in
Book 2, Pages 9 and 10, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the
same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is author~zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa~d Map this order authent~-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on
of th~s resolut~on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
