A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 4900 (CCS)
AND ADOPTING THE PRICE FEE SCHEDULE FOR PROPERTY
AND SERVICE SOLD AT WOODLAWN CEMETERY AND
MASOLEUM
WHEREAS, The City of Santa Monica has previously adopted
Ordinance Number l013(CCS) providing for the approval of prlce and
fee schedules for the sale of property and serVlces at the
cemetery and mausoleum by resolution of the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, THE 01rector of the Department of General
Services has recommended the following price schedule for various
services in the amounts shown:

The price of the various Niche Spaces shall be as indicated on
the Nlche Maps on file 1n the Cemetery Office, aDd shall range
from $150.00 to $1,500.00. A copy of said Niche Maps are attached
to the original hereof and thereby incorporated herein.
In addit10n to the Niche price, the following additional charges
are hereby established:
Niche Perpetual Care . . . , $ 20.00
* Niche Interment . , $ 40.00
Niche Interment (Saturdays) . , . .$ 80.00
Nlche Markers. . . . . . Three times the actual cost to the City
* $40.00 additional if interment is to be witnessed

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the price schedule for property and
services in the amounts heretofore shown is hereby ratified and
adopted.

SECTION 2. That Resolution Number 4900 (CCS) is hereby
repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
