AND APPROVI~G Su~DIVISION ~~p OF
TRACT NO. 34618
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLV~
AS FOLLOlflS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 34618 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Edgar M. and Eleonora Hillman and
Richard B. Francis and R~chard w. Selby, being a subd~vis~on
for condominium purposes of Lots 21 and 23, Block 12, Serra
vista Heights, as shown on map recorded in Book 8, Page 38, of
Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map th~s order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
Sect~on 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
