A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SL~DIVISION ~~p OF
TRACT NO. 34983
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 34983 in the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Oscar Katz, being a subdiv~sion for
condomin~um purposes of Lot G, Block 113, of the amended Map
of the Town of Santa Monica, as shown on Map recorded in Book 39,
Pages 45 through 51 of Miscellaneous Records 1n the office of
the Recorded of the County of Los Angeles, be and the same
hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the city of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
