A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 34984
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the l.fap of Tract No. 34984 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Oscar Katz, being a subdivision for
condom~niurn purposes of Lot H, Block 113, of the amended map of
the Town of Santa Mon~ca as shown on Map recorded in Book 39,
Pages 45 through 51 lnclusive of ~1iscel1aneous Records, Records
of Los Angeles County, be and the saMe hereby is accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is author1zed and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Honica.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
