A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 14985
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Nap of Tract No. 34985 in the City of
Santa ~onica presented by Oscar Katz, being a subn~vislon for
condominium ~urposes of Lot I, Block 113, amended Map of the City
of Santa Monlca as shown on Map recorded in Book 39, Pages 45
through 51 inclusive of Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted and aporoved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized ann
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said ~ap this order authen-
t~cated by the Seal of the City of Santa ~oncia.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the saMe shall
be in full force and effect.
