THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA Mmnc..1\ DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35122 in the C~ty of
Santa Mon~ca presented by Dan Emmett of Belw1n Investments, and
Web Service Co., Inc., be1ng a subdlviS10n for condominium pur-
poses of Lot 1, Block J, The Palisades, as shown on map recorded
in Book 8, Page 32, of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be
and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 15 author1zed and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map th1S order aut hen-
ticated by the Seal of the c~ty of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be 1n full force and effect.
