A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35125
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Mau of Tract No. 35125 in the City of
Santa r1on~ca presented by Chester M. Winebriaht and Helen W. Lyon
being a subdivision for condominium purposes of Lot 76, Block B,
of the Pa1~sades per ~ap recorded in Book 7, Pa1e 154 of Ma?s,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa~d l1aD this order authen-
t~cated by the Seal of the City of Santa ~lonica.
SECTION 3. ~hat the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the sane shall
be in full force and effect.
