THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING S~~DIVISION MA? OF
TRACT NO. 35297
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONIC~ DOES RESOL\3
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35297 ~n the City of
Santa Monica presented by James E. Bowers and Arnold K. Doty,
being a subdivision for condominium purposes of Lot X, Block 45,
amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica as shown on map recorded
in Book 39, pages 45 to 51 inclusive of Miscellaneous Records,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the city of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same w~ll
be in full force and effect.
