THE CITY OF SANTA ~ONICA ACCEPTING
&~D APPROVING Su~DIVISION ~~p OF
TRACT NO. 35933
TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MonICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35933 in the C~ty of
Santa Monlca presented by Howard K. Myers and Walter Arlen, being
a subdivlsion for condominium purposes of Lot 9, Block 2 of Green
Acres Tract as shown on map recorded ln Book 9, Page 126 of maps,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. ~hat the City Clerk shall certlfy to the adop-
tion of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
