THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SD~DIVISION y~p OF
TRACT NO. 36096
TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Sk~TA MONIC~ DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36096 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Brian Holloway, president, Wests ide
Villas, Ltd., being a subdlvlsion for condominium purposes of
Lot G, Block 21, amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica, per
map recorded ln Book 39, Pages 45 to 51 inclusive, Miscellaneous
Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
is accepted and approved.
SECITON 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
