A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 34420
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Hap of Tract No. 34420 in the City of
Santa ~1on1ca presented by Emery C. Wonq, General partner, Wllshire
760C Company, beinq a subdivision for condominium purposes of Lot R
Block 64, amended 1II[ap of the Town of Santa Monica as shown on lI1ap
recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51 inclusive of Miscellaneous
Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same herebv 1S
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said jI~ao this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the ado:?tion
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
