AND APPROVI~G Su~DIVISION y~p OF
TRACT NO. 34424
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA DOES RESOL\S
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 34424 ln the City of
Santa Monica presented by Stanley K. Shu, et alias, being a
subdivlSlon for condominium purposes of Lot H, Block 45, of the
amended map of the Town of Santa Monica per map recorded In
Book 39, Pages 45 through 51 ~nc1usive, of M~scellaneous Records,
Reccrds of Los Angeles County.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1S authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
