Au~D APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35121
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONIC~ DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the Map of Tract No. 35l2l in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Dan Emmett, et al., general partners
~n Astre Investments, Inc., being a subdivis~on for condominium
purposes of Lot 14, Block L, The Palisades, as shown on map recorded
~n Book 8, Page 32 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and
the same hereby ~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1S author1zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa~d Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the CLty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th1S resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1U full force and effect.
