THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~~p OF
TRACT NO. 35239
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF Sk~TA MONIC~ DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35239 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Raymond E. and Cheryl ~ahaffey, being
a subdLvLsion for condoMLnLum purposes of Lot 14, Block E,
Santa Fe Tract, as shown on map recorded ~n Book 18, Page 17, of
M~scel1aneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the
same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECITON 2. That the city Clerk hereby LS authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said map thLS order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the CLty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of thls resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
