TRACT NO. 35273
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOBS RESOLV:S
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35273 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Steve C. Wong, being a subdivision for
condomin~um purposes of Lot A of Block 47 of the amended Map of
the Town of Santa Monica per map recorded ln Book 39, Pages 45
through 51 lncluSlve of Mlscellaneou5 Records, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby 15 accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order aut hen-
tlcated by the Seal fo the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be In full force and effect.
