AND APPROVING Su~DIVISION ~~~p OF
TRACT NO. 35399
TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONIC~ DOES rtESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. That the Map of Tract No. 35399 ~n the City of
Santa Monica presented by Pern~sco Construction, Inc. being a
subdiv~sion for condoMinium purposes of Lots 71 and 72, Austin
Heights Tract as shown on Map recorded 1n Book 10, Page 168 of
Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby 1S
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the c~ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the city Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
