A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING S~~DIVISION ~~p OF
TRACT NO. 35430
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Sfu~TA MONIC~ DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35430 in the C~ty of
Santa ~~onJ,;ca presented by Lee C.and Charlotte ~'1. Brown, being a
subdiv~sion for condom~n~um purposes of Lot E, Block 112, amended
map of the Town of Santa MODlca, as shown on map recorded in
Book 29, Pages 45 to 51 lncluslve of Miscellaneous Records,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby ~s accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
