THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S&~TA MONIC~ DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35507 1n the City of
Santa Monlca presented by Barry Blerman and Howard Rosen,belng a
subdlv~sion for condomlnlum purposes of Lot 16, Serra Vista Heights
Extension, as shown on map recorded in Book 8, Page 180, Records
of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted and
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the CLty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adopt1on
of th1S resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
