TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF S~TA MONICA DOES RSSOL~JE
AS FOLLO~1S:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35540 ~n the C~ty of
Santa Mon1ca presented by Stanley and Cecilia Shu, being a sub-
d~vislon for condoIDlnium purposes of Lot 2, Tract No. 8909, as
shown on map recorded In Book 122, Page 65 of Maps, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be full force and effect.
