AND APPROVING Su~DIVISION Y~~P OF
TRACT NO. 35542
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Sik~TA MONICA DOES RESOLv~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35542 in the Clty of
Santa Monlca presented by John R~chard, Stanley and Cecllia Shu,
being a subdivislon for condoIDlnlum purposes of Lot 18, Block 5,
Serra Vista Townsite, as shown on map recorded ~n Book 6, Page 138
of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the saroe shall
be ln full force and effect.
