THE CITY OF SANTA ~ONICA ACCEPTING
.'\..~D APPROVING SUBDIVISION r-'iAP OF
TRACT NO. 35729
TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA ~ONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTtON 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35729 in the City of
Santa l'~onica presented by Dong Won Kim and Chung Rei Kim of Arnica
Enterprises, Inc., be~ng a subdivision for condom~nium purposes
of Lot 14, Serra V~sta Heights Extension as shown on map recorded
~n Book 8, Page 180 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be
and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the CLty Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the CIty of Santa MonLca.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
