THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~ffiP OF
TRACT NO.. 35731
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S&~TA MONIC; DOES RESOLv~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 3573l in the City of
Santa Monica presented by T~mothy Tokumoto and Elaine Gealer,
being a subdlvision for condominium purposes of Lot R, Block Ill,
of the amended map of the town of Santa Monica as shown on map
recorded ln Book 39, Pages 45 to 51 lncluslve of Mlscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order authen-
ticated by the SEal of the CIty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolut~on and thenceforth and thereafter the 5 ame shall
be in full force and effect.
