A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING S~~DIVISION ~~.P OF
TRACT NO. 35934
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Sfu~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35934 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by MarVln and Randall J. Bart1ne, being a
subdivislon for condominlum purposes of Lot 17, Block 4, Tract No.
1352 as shown on map recorded in Book 20, Page 12 of Maps, Records
of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby lS authorlzed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of thls resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the saIDe shall
be ln full force and effect.
