TRACT NO. 36403
TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\3
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36403 ~n the C~ty of
Santa Monica presented by Roscoe E. Webb, Jr., Stanley K. Shu,
Robert E. Rockney and Jdhn B. R~chards, being a subdiv~sion for
condomln~um purposes of a portion of Lot 24, Block 13, Serra Vista
Townsite, as shown on map recorded in Book 6, Page 138 of Maps,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 15 authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on
of th~s resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
