A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU~CIL OF
THE CITY OF SlU~TA MONIC; ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING Su~DIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36413
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36413 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Steven C. Hall and Rick J. Hartbordt,
being a subdivision for condominium purposes of Lot P, Block 39,
of amended Map of the Town of Santa Mon~ca, as shown on map recorded
in Book 39, Pages 45 through 51 ~nclusive, Miscellaneous Records,
Records of Los Angeles Countyy be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map thLS order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa MonLca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoptLon
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
