SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel No. 10909 ln the City of
Santa Monica presented by A. Dayan of Tomkin Howes, belng a sub-
dlvision for condom~nlurn purposes of Lot 21, Serra Vlsta Heights
ExtenS10n as shown in Book 8, Page 180 of ~~ps, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby 15 authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa1d Map this order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th1S resolut1on and thenceforth and thereafter the sawe shall
