SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel No. 10910 1n the C1ty of
Santa Mon1ca presented by A. Dayan of Tomkin Homes, belng a sub-
dlV1slon for condo~inium purposes of Lot 5, Tract No. 1616, as
shown on map recorded ln Book 20, Page 33 of Maps, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby 18 accepted and approved.
SECTION2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald r1ap thlS order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certify to the adopt1on
