AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l~ That the Map of Tract No. 34591 in the C~ty of
Santa Mon~ca presented by Anthony and Olga Reme~k~s, be~ng a sub-
d~V1s10n for condominium purposes of Lot 2, Tract No. 5313 as
shown on map recorded In Book 57, page 22 of Maps, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is author~zed and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of said map this order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
