A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35215
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONI~~ DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35215 in the City of
Santa Mon~ca presented by W~lliam L. and Dolores M. Detr~xhe~
belng a subdiv~slon for condom~nium purposes of Lot 5, Block 4,
Tract No. 1352 as shown on map recorded in Book 20, Page 12, of
Maps~ Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby lS authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monlca.-
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be In full force and effect.
