A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE CITY COU~CIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35221
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONIC~ DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35221 in the C1ty of
Santa Monica presented by W111iarn L. and Dolores M. Detrixhe and
R. Gordon and Renee Laughl1n, being a subd1vision for condominium
purposes of Lots I and J, Block 92, amended Map of the Town of
Santa Mon1ca as shown on map recorded 1n Book 39, Pages 45 to 51,
1nclus1ve of M1scellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County,
be and the same hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is author1zed and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of sa1d map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th1s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
