AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~mp OF
TRACT NO. 35224
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RSSOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35224 In the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by R. Gordon and Renee Laughlln, being a
subdlVlsion for condominlum purposes of Lots 13 and 14, Block 15,
Tract No. 1351, as shown on map recorded ln Book 18 of Maps, and
Lots 1 and 2, Block I, Tract No. 1352, as shown on wap recorded in
Book 20, Page 12, of Maps, all Records of Los Angeles County, be
and the same hereby ~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald map thlS order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of this resolution artd thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
