AS FOLLOWS:
SECTICN 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35281 in the C~ty of
Santa Monica presented by Tenth and Idaho, Ltd., by Ronald E.
Soderl~ng, V & S Development Company, being a subd~vis~on for
condomin~um purposes of Lots X, Wand V, Blcok 41, amended Map of
the Town of Santa Mon~ca, C~ty of Santa Mon~ca, as shown on map
recorded ~n Book 39, Pages 45 through 51 of M1scellaneous Records
in the Off~ce of the County Recorder of Los Angeles, be and the
same hreby ~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby ~s authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
