SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35537 In the Clty of
Santa Monlca presented by Raymond A. and Lavonne J. Cullen and
Stanley and Cecilia Shu, belng a subdiviSlon for condomlnium
purposes of Lot C, Block 21, amended Map of the Town of Santa
Monlca, as shown on map recorded ln Book 39, Pages 45 to 51
incluSlve of Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County,
be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map this order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
