AND APPROVING Su~DIVISION y~p OF
TRACT ~O. 35870
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANT}\.. MONlc..'\ DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35870 ln the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Alberto Horge Ho Chen, belng a sub-
dlvis10n for condom1nium purposes of Lot I of Block 45 of the
amended map of the Town of Santa Monlca as shown on map recorded
in Book 39, Pages 45-51 of Mlscellaneous Records, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby lS author~zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
