THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONIC~ DOES RESOL\S
AS FOLLmlS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35871 in the City of
Santa Monlca presented by Stanley and Cecllia Shu and Lie Mun Tsu,
being a subdlvision for condominlum purposes of Lot 10, Serra
Vista Annex, as shown on Map recorded ln Book 7, Page 181 of Maps,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby lS accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the clty Clerk hereby is authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the city of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be In full force and effect.
