A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING

TRACT NO. 35880
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S&~TA MONIC; DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35880 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Sidney Kramer, being a subdivision for
condominium purposes of Lot A, Block 63, of amended Map of the
Town of Santa Mon~ca, as per Map recorded 1n Book 39, Page 45 et
seq., of Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County,
be and the same hereby 15 accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby is author1zed and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of sa1d map th1S order authent1-
cated by the Seal of the City of SantaMonica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adopt1on
of this resolut1on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
