TRACT NO. 36054
THE CITY COL~CIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES F~SOLVE
AS FOLLONS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36054 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Stanley and Cec11ia Shu, being a sub-
d1v~s~on for condomin~um purposes of Lot D, Block 137 of the
amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica 1 as shown on map recorded
in Book 39, Page 45 et seq. of M1scellaneous Records ~n the Off1ce
of the Recorder of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the CIty Clerk hereby is author1zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
t1cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th1s resolut~on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
