THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SANTA MONIL~ DOES RESOLV~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36258 ln the Clty of
Santa tian1.ca presented by Alyce F. Stephan, Thoro and Victorla L.
Bancroft, be~ng a subd~vlslon for cndoffilnium purposes of Lot E,
Block 36, amended map of the Town of Santa Monica, as shown on
map recorded ln Book 39, Pages 45 through 51, of Miscellaneous
Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby 1.S
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of Bald map thls order authen-
tlcated by the Seal fo the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of thls resolutlon and thenceforfu and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
