A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ~ONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPRO~NG SL~DIVISION v~p OF
TRACT NO. 36404
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONIC.;; DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36404 in the C~ty of
Santa Monica presented by Roscoe C. Webb, Jr., Stanley K. Shu,
Robert E. Rockney and John B. Richards, being a subdiv~sion for
condomin~um purposes of Lot 14, Serra Vista Annex, as shown on map
recorded in Book 7, Page 181 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County,
be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the city Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
