THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
&~D APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~~p OF
TRACT NO. 36405
TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Sfu~TA MONICA DOES RESOVlE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36405 1n the City of
Santa Monica presented by Richard E. Rockney, Stanley K. Shu,
John B. Richards and Roscoe G. Webb, Jr., be~ng a subdivision
for condomin1um purposes of Lot 12 of Serra Vista Annex, as shown
on map recorded in Book 7, Page 181 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles
County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of sa~d Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adopt1on
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
