A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ~ONICA ACCEPTING
F~~D ~~PROVING SUBDIVISION y~p OF
PARCEL NO. 11076
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONIC~ DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel No. 11076 in the City of
Santa Mon1ca presented by Robert J. and Hary Jane McMullan, be1ng
a subdiv1s1on for condom1nium purposes of Lot 43, Tract No. 4618
as shown on map recorded 1n Book 49, Page 80 of 1'1aps, Records of
Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 15 author1zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa1d Map th1S order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa ~onica.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
