THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLV~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel No. 10766 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Harry and Ruth J. Bornste~n, be~ng a
subd~Vlslon for condomlnl~ purposes of Lot 169, Block J, Ocean
Park Terrace Tract as shown on Map recorded ln Book 6, Page 129
of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is author~zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map thlS order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the C~ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tlon of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be ln full force and effect.
