A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35274
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Sk~TA MONIC~ DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35274 in the Clty of
Santa Monlca presented by steve C. Wong, partner, Wong Investment
Company, Ltd., belng a subdivlslon for condominium purposes of
Lot 5, Block 3, Green Acres, as shown on Map recorded in Book 9,
Page 126 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adop-
tlon of this resolutlon and thencefort.h and thereafter the same
shall be ln full force and effect.
