THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SL~DIVISICN MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35275
THE CITY COU~CIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RSSOLv~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35275 in the C1ty of
Santa Monica presented by Steve C. Wong, partner, Wong and Kuo
Properties, Ltd., be1ng a subd1v151on for condominium purposes
of Lot G, Block 10, amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica as
shown on Map recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51 of M1scel1aneous
Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the sa~e hereby
1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby 1S author1zed and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of sald Map this order authen-
t1cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adop7
t10n of th1s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be 1n full force and effect.
