RESOLUTION NO. 5300(CC5)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA APPROVING THE FILING OF REPORT OF WORK AND
SETTING A HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS
TO THE REPORT OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS RE-
GARDING TREE PLANTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.6 ON
LINCOLN BOULEVARD.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Superintendent of Streets has filed a
report of work pursuant to Section 5882 of the Streets and Highways Code
of the State of Ca1ifornia~ relat1ng to the construction of certain
improvements completed on:
Lincoln Boulevard from Ocean Park Boulevard and the South
City Limits within the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 5870. et seq. of said
code, the C1ty Council does hereby order and declare that on the 26th day
of June, 1979, in the Counc1l Chambers of the City Hall, it will hear and
pass upon any and all objections or protests to the report of work of the
Superintendent of Streets and the amount of the assessment assigned
against the real property described 1n said report.
SECTION 3. That all protests or objections must be in wr1tlng
and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of
protests and objections.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be 1n full
force and effect.
